I wouldnt recommend this place its very terrible the whole apartment complex needs to be gutted and rebuilt! People having problems with maintenance and front office those people are never there they never help with anything but take rent and other fees added on i am a new renter was at the time i was getting charged for what wasnt in the apartment unit already! Staice carson also took my washer and dryer and wouldnt let me come get it I brought to my attention that the adt home security thing is a whole set up she never let me view the unit before moving in was told that it would look just how it looks online and it wasnt that! This whole place is nothing but. A SCAM i wouldn’t recommend at all people need to start reporting idk how this place still open!

Stacie has been nothing but helpful with any questions we’ve had between moving in and now!! Tano is truly one of the best maintenance people we’ve been around!! It’s a fairly quiet place and our neighbors have been nice/quiet! We love it here!

It's an older complex but a gem. It's in the absolute perfect location, tucked away with close access to the highway. The maintenance on staff is fast and friendly. The apartment staff has been nothing but kind and helpful to me during my move. I love it here.

Please for your sanity DO NOT RENT HERE. They tried to charge me 60$ extra when I first moved in after 3 emails she finally fixed it. My first rent invoice they charged me 80 dollars worth of made up charges that were not listed on my lease. Which is illegal. They fix absolutely nothing. I have emails from a month ago that they would fix multiple things and spray for bugs once a week. Absolutely nothing had been done. I got out quick cause it could never be me living there with bugs and mold. There’s also gross furniture dumped in the back by the dumpsters. They should honestly close them down or charge 800 a month not 1009.00 for a 2 bed room plus the charges they come up with 😂😂😂

Wish I could give zero. Do not move here. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have been here for over 2 weeks and STILL do not have my washer and dryer. I have communicated multiple times through email AND in person. Still no washer or dryer. My bathtub is HORRENDOUS! A work order was supposedly put in yet- you guessed it, still DISGUSTING. I was told that things would getting done around the apartment but NOTHING. I work two jobs and don't have time for this mess. Find somewhere else, I'm sure the extra $100 a month would save the hell of a headache living here causes. Edit: I have lived here for 2 months now and was told my washer and dryer were "installed". When i got home all my lights were on, my door was off track, washing machine was disgusting- Not cleaned out after use from a different tenant. Th
