Quiet neighborhood. Friendly residents. Top notch office staff whom are always willing to help you! I got a new air conditioner put in today by the new maintenance man Anthony. He is very polite, respectful, friendly, and got the job done super quick!

Ashlee and Leslie are the best people and close to everything and Jonathon is new but he's working hard to as well Larry maint is on time getting things done as quickly as possible

I have lived here for almost 2 years and have not had any problems. I love that staff and maintenance keep up with the safety and well being of the residents and community! :) Also, they have great gatherings for us residents and the community helps one another! I really feel that people have a good home here. I will be here years to come.

I am looking for a new place to call home. I am relocating from big city living to a small town. For a property that is a little older the initial look at the property, it is well taken care of. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a hand shake from the manager. The manager asked all the right questions with great enthusiasm. The Apartment was perfect size and clean. This is where I will be coming back to in January when I get transferred.
