Nickel Plate Flats

Stayed here for 4 nights in one of their airbnb apartments. Very clean, modern, bed was very comfy, even the couch was real comfy for relaxing & watching a movie. I'll definitely be staying here again. The top deck area is nice, cant wait to stay during summer weather, kick back, nice cocktail & cigar will make for a nice evening under the stars. Leslie is great, very nice, and worked with me when my plans changed and had me in town a day early. Oh and the furry table...everyone loved the furry table!! I need one in my life now...lol

I've been here 5y and will sign a 6th at the end of the year. First few years it swapped hands from owners and office managment often. But since the new company has owned it now for a good while. 2 years or so I think 🤔 it's been Leslie as our locations main manager and Joshua as maint. and occasionally Ashley when Leslie needs time off etc. Both Ashley and Leslie are amazingly nice! Joshua in maint. is AMAZING! All will talk to ya if you see them of drop in the office wave if they see ya. I'll talk to Joshua if I just pass him on the property. I hope the company who owns it know keeps it and all 3 of the staff stay! By far the best I think that have been there. Nickel Plates is a very nice, upscale apartment living. Staff and owners have been nothing short of what I expect out of a staff. Very friendly, very accommodating and absolutely been great to work with. I highly recommend Nickel Plates. I also leased the apartment site unseen and was more than impressed upon arrival! Management is spectacular!

Absolutely love living here. The manager is amazing and maintenance is always prompt and fixes anything quickly. Maranda, the manager, is always so helpful and kind. If you want a safe, great place to live, Nickel Plate Flats is the place to go!

Nickel Plate is absolutely amazing. It is everything i expect in an apartment and much more affordable then some that i have lived in. It comes with amazing stainless steel appliances, a full size washer/dryer, luxury vinyl wood flooring with only carpet in the bedrooms/closet, ( the main thing i love because i hate carpet ) the sink is deep so you don’t have to worry about water splashing all over the place. We moved to Frankfort, Indiana from Montana so it was a big change but Nickel Plate helped make the change comfortable. Angie has been nothing short of amazing! We look forward to spending a whole year here.
