Turquesa

I've been living at Turquesa for five months and I love it. It's right near Cerrillos but it's very quiet. The apartments are built very well, far better than most. The doors and windows are particularly well installed, they open and close easily and most importantly they seal the cold out extremely well. The staff has been great as well, they really make the effort to handle everything that comes their way. I highly recommend Turquesa.

Moving to a new city and state can be overwhelming ,and I was searching for a place that truly felt like home. After looking at many options around Santa Fe ,I finally found the perfect place TURQUESA .The neighborhood is peacful and quiet and the apartments themselves are brand new with all the modern equipment you could ask for. They have a wonderful staff , a special mention goes to Sarah , the community manager who consistently goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel supported and taken care of.

Clean, quiet, pool, gym, and friendly staff! I also like the location/proximity to everything and having access to the trail system. Very happy here.

This is a great place to live; nice community, convenient location and close to everything. All my neighbors are very nice. Management cares about residents and takes care of all our concerns right away. Also the new residents promotions are great. One thing I would like to suggest to the management; I would like to see a fence around our community and some type of control of who enters in this area for the safe of all the residents. Maybe a gate system.

This place is amazing. Beautiful complex, luxurious interiors, and great facilities. NaKesha and Luis were super helpful during the entire application process.
