Addendum: Thank you for responding to my review. I feel it’s important to clarify a few points regarding the management of this particular build. Your statement about the material staging being, “Managed deliberately to align with the engineer drainage plan of useful standards”, Doesn’t quite align with the reality we, as neighbors, observed, and the actions take by the Department of Environmental Quality. The DEQ did, in fact, attempt to reach out to you multiple times regarding compliance issues, which ultimately led to the matter being escalated to another department due to the lack of timely response. We paid nearly $700,000 and experienced poor workmanship, ongoing communication issues, and repeated quality concerns throughout the build.
