David helped me buy my first home last year!! We immediately clicked and I felt like we were in sync through the entire process! He is super accessible, easy to talk to and as soon as I found the house I wanted he was an advocate for me getting exactly what I wanted! Even a year later he sent a follow up reminding me about warranty's, etc. He really does go above and beyond and makes the home buying process so fun!

Every step along the way was communicated clearly so that nothing ever came as a surprise. He explained the (incredible amount of) paperwork and handled everything quickly and diligently. He negotiated an excellent contract (including a new water heater) and has continued to be an amazing resource even now that we have closed on the house.

I have the impression that they are not trustworthy. They mail letters to homeowners to offer their services. The letters appear to be handwritten but upon closer look show to be printed. Why would one try to be deceptive in the first contact with a potential client?
