There are better apartments. Just save your time and money. Edit to response: sure I get you have leash rules, but lying and saying that other tenants are reporting it, when its was your psychotic management that stalked me, is pathetic. Everyone around me loved my dog and cat. Oh, and I didnt let my cat and dog "roam". I let my dog do his buisness, and my cat got out twice, and your management saw me by a bush with cat food trying to get him. And instead of rolling down the window to make sure everything was ok. She proceeded to shake her head at me and roll her eyes. Good bye and good riddance

The staff and professionalism of this place is ridiculous. We were told just like numerous other reviews (which I wish we would have read previously) that we could clean the apartment ourselves and still get the full "security deposit" which isn't really a security deposit if they automatically take out a cleaning fee of $215!!! which is so outlandish. We were charged this after the fact and when I called to discuss it was short conversation of annoyance from Amanda. Then when I came to the office to ask more questions I was told by the receptionist that Amanda was "done talking to me and would not talk to me anymore" which is wild when that is part of your job as a manager to discuss with previous and current tenants. Staff if super patient, reliable , kind , and helpful. It’s a gated community. They have a heated jacuzzi which is an immediate plus for me. The gym is huge and had many workout options. There’s events held within the community periodically . My most recent one was movie night were they have a huge outside screen with a food truck/mixed drinks (complimentary) and a bonfire where you can have s’mores. They have a pet park but there is no sight of any animal waste anywhere, super clean. Trash trucks always come which is great bc the trash area is never full (never smells bad even if you live close to them). Community is very respectful and friendly.

My husband and I have been living here for 2 years and we adore this place. Great rent pricing for lots of space, and a great floorplan. Maintenance is appropriately responsive, depending on the urgency of your request. They have the nicest apartment gym that I've ever seen - that was what actually convinced us to move here and it's been totally worth it. We actually convinced a few friends to move in too. Turnberry is strict about people not leaving dog poop in the grass, which I really appreciate. The location is fabulous and the hot tub is great. Very quiet, relaxed atmosphere. My husband and I are thinking about moving out of state soon and we hope to find another place just like this.

Lived at this complex for 1 year. The standard of living was typical of an apartment complex. They are pet friendly but one week before moving out the office sent a written notice accusing my dog of ruining the grass outside my unit. The grass is a common area that is used by multiple tenants’ pets and I did not have a dog at that time. I also opted to pay a “cleaning fee” in order to avoid any security deposit issues. After agreeing to pay the fee I was given a list of cleaning tasks that weren’t covered by the fee. The list stated the fee covered only minimal cleaning. So between the cleaning fee and the carpet cleaning fee which is required to be paid by the tenant (or the tenant pays a company to clean the carpets), the complex kept the majority of my security deposit.
