Turnkey Property Solutions & Saticoy Bay Properties Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ "I rented a unit off Rainbow and Silverstream managed by Turnkey Property Solutions (and later passed between them and Saticoy Bay Properties) from 2018 to 2023. My experience was defined by poor maintenance, a lack of accountability, and what I believe to be the wrongful withholding of a $1,425 security deposit. Maintenance Failures: Unclean Move-In: I moved in on Halloween 2018 to uncleaned carpets, leaking faucets, and broken fridge handles. Essential Services: My heat went out on January 1, 2019, leaving the unit at 42 degrees. It took until January 4 to resolve, which is a violation of essential service requirements under NRS 118A.380. Unfair Fees: They charged a $100 fee for every maintenance request, even for pre-e

Please avoid this company if you can! I reached out for days with no response about them receiving my documents with no response. I called over 8 realtors to see the unit I had applied to with no response, just to receive an email saying they were skipping my application because of unreceived paycheck stubs which they made me log into ADP to retrieve on their application. I called and spoke with Lourdes who argued with me about me taking 3 hours to respond back to her email and informed me the office has been busy so that is why they did not call me back! I asked for my application fee back and she agreed so hopefully it comes but honestly I should have taken the reviews into consideration! These companies really don’t care about people, their time or the hard earn money it takes to apply!

After appying for a rental with Turn Key, the very next day I was approved for another home. I sent an email explaining the situation and asked if they could refund to my application fee and they did it with no problem.
