A pattern of carelessness with important details, lack of clear communication and transparency, no reports/data, lack of reliable follow-through all made it clear it was best to withdraw the farm from the brokerage. Irreparable erosion of trust. Absolutely cannot recommend.

She cost me $10,000 in extra expenses. She should never have accepted a fee. I found my other property on my own which she wasn't entitled to a fee. I will never recommend them to anyone.
