Tupelo Ridge

I want to report an unprofessional experience I had with S. King over the past two days while trying to complete my application. On 12/4, I came in and she told me the process is by appointment, but said I could come back that same day as long as I had the information she requested. I went and gathered the documents and returned, but when I arrived, it became an issue because she was eating lunch. She commented that she “didn’t know I was literally coming back.” I apologized and left so she could finish her break, and decided to return today to avoid any further issues. When I came back today, she asked, “What happened to you yesterday?” I explained that I left because it seemed like it was an issue during her lunch hour, so I returned today instead. Amazing experience! Mrs. King was extremely friendly, kind, and professional from start to finish. Very helpful and took the time to make sure everything was done right. You can tell she truly care about what she do. I highly recommend her !

So sad to see Mrs. Stephanie Clark go. I think corporate should have offered her more money to stay. She is qualified for the job, and did it well. Stephanie went out of her way to help her residents. She also got the trouble makers out and restored peace back in the complex. I'm so saddened to see her go. I call tupelo ridge home, but I'd rather work four jobs, than to live in a place with no peace! It's sad management don't care.

Ms. Stephanie has been amazing. I was getting the run around from other apartment complexes and she stepped in to set the wheels in motion and helped until I was in my apartment. The times I have gone to her office she’s always helpful. I also see how she helps her elderly residents….its very refreshing

Stephanie Clark is the apartment manager here at Tupelo Ridge. I loved the way she cares for her tenants. I came here last year in October and applied for an apartment. I talked to several apartment managers that were working here until they got a permanent manager. I was totally receiving the run around until Stephanie came. None of my paperwork had been submitted. Stephanie took over and got the ball rolling. She pushed it through despite the chaos she inherited when she took over the community. Stephanie cares and she believes in helping her tenants. But we as tenants need to do a better job with living here and do our part. Since Stephanie has been she has address some if not all of my complaints and is slowly getting things up to par.
