As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns. Tori, was incredibly patient and understanding. She took the time to explain every detail and was available whenever I needed her. Tori was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was always quick to respond, thorough in her explanations, and she truly had my best interests at heart. I am so grateful for Tori’s hard work and dedication. She was on top of every detail, from the initial home search to the final closing. I can’t thank her enough!!

Tori was great as my Agent. This was my first time purchasing a house and she made pretty easy. I really didn’t know what I was looking for but she was patient with me and gave me options. She is very knowledgeable in what was available and how I may or may not like a particular place or area. Overall I was pleased with Tori Simmons and would recommend her to any one.

Great Agent. Tori took our very unusual purchase requirements (mainly cost) and promptly set up an initial meeting. We traveled to Macon, GA arriving at about 2 PM locally. After going through the offerings that met our requirements we selected our house and helped us arrange financing. Most all the required paperwork was done by completing electronic documents. We closed in what I consider to be a short time (about a month). Through this all Tori was personable and responded quickly to our questions. A great agent.
