Tumblerock Luxury Apartments

I have lived in many apartment buildings throughout my life, Tumblerock is by far the worst. It may initially “look nice” from an outside prospective but you’ll soon realize upon living here, that it’s a structural disaster. MANY corners were cut trying to save money, making it totally unbearable to live here. First and foremost, the windows and doors. They are terrible quality and/or installed completely wrong leading to severe bug, draft and water issues, which eventually lead to severe black mold. Secondly, severe noise issues/disturbances. Snow removal has been consistently unacceptable. In many instances it is not performed at all, allowing snow to build up and create hazardous conditions. There is clearly no consideration for morning commuters, when walkways and roads must be cleared early. As a result, cars are sliding, walking is unsafe, and it appears management is cutting costs at the expense of residents’ safety. This pattern extends far beyond snow removal. Management continues to raise prices while offering virtually nothing in return—not even basic amenities such as parking or storage. The building is marketed as “luxury,” yet the reality is anything but. Packages are left piled in the lobby, the floors remain wet and uncleaned, and a single maintenance worker is expected to handle the entire property. There is no

Terrible management esp Austin (Morgan is nice and sweet girl) and a deeply frustrating living experience. I’ve been repeatedly harassed over noise complaints that stem from the building’s poor construction — the floors and walls are extremely thin, so normal activities like walking or vacuuming can be heard in downstairs units. Rather than addressing the real issue — poor soundproofing — management shifts the blame entirely onto tenants. I was served legal threats over routine household noise with no prior conversation, warning, or evidence. When I tried to ask for clarity or offer compromises (like adjusting vacuuming times or delaying furniture setup), I was ignored. Lived here since January, gorgeous apartment. Great team here. I've had no issues. Clean open lots of natural light. All brand new. Love the parking garage. We have enjoyed our time here.

I currently live here and I cannot wait until my lease is up to relocate. Tumblerock Apartments is a prime example of what happens when you hire the wrong team of people to design and execute your project. What a shame.
