Ben actually travelled from another state(NY-PA)to do my inspection. That in itself was very admirable. Ben conducted a thorough inspection and covered all details in his findings. He was professional, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. And, very very reasonable. He took his time to explain the procedure and processes involved and was very patient in explaining the results to a novice like myself lol ...thank you Ben. Ben solved my problem! My tenants told me there were many loud squirrels in the soffits. I called Ben, he assessed it, gave me a price, removed the squirrels, repaired the soffits, and solved my problem. He charged me the price he had estimated. It wasn’t cheap, but he did great work and it was fair. I’m very happy with the work.
