It’s the giving someone a 13 day eviction notice even when the tenant has been in contact with the landlord about payments and the landlord refuses to answer the tenant messages for me 🤷🏻♀️ I wouldn’t even tell my worst enemy to rent a property from these people. They don’t take care of their property whatsoever and take months to fix safety issues 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
Just look at the state of the property and how much they charge for rent. Should be criminal
What I really can't get past is the serial cat poisoning.
Very disappointing experience with TSL Properties LLC. I moved out of my apartment in December, and I still haven’t received my security deposit back. The lease was handled through Colliers, but TSL is the party responsible for the unit. The only explanation they’ve given is that they are “switching their system,” which is not a valid excuse for months of delay. This is not the tenant’s responsibility, and it shows a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. I would not rent from them again.
