Tryon Farms

My girlfriend and I are planning to move sometime in July, and we toured Tryon Farms last Saturday. The property is beautiful, quiet, and very clean. The leasing agent, Faiyza, did an amazing job answering all of our questions she was incredibly warm and welcoming, and we truly enjoyed the tour. We loved everything about the community, from the location to the dog spa, especially since we have a puppy. Faiyza also mentioned that they always keep pet treats in the office, which was such a thoughtful touch. As huge pet lovers, that really meant a lot to us. We would absolutely consider making Tryon Farms our new home

Please be careful when deciding on moving into this neighborhood, because when you don’t renew the lease they will add additional charges to your account and give you the run around. I moved out of my apartment a week earlier than my lease, turned in my keys because I was going on a trip. I never received a move out statement nothing! After calling for weeks and sending emails, I finally was able to speak to someone to receive the statement and I had a bunch of additional charges! They marked I moved out late! They marked there were damages in the apartment. Ironically after I received the statement I was never able to get in contact with anyone! Months later I was able to and I was told they would send pictures of the damages and I never received them.. after more months of asking for pho

TLDR: Apartments are nice. Management does not enforce the lease. Grounds are dirty. Keep a paper trail of everything. If this complex is on your list of potential places to live, reconsider. While efforts are being made to make the complex better it’s mainly to keep good residents quiet. The property manager cannot be bothered and your lease will not be upheld. If you need anything done, avoid the property manager and speak with Linda. Notice the positive reviews are posted mainly by new residents. If you tell the property manager you will leave if they do not enforce the lease you will be ignored. When you give the date you’re leaving they will act like they have been blindsided. This apartment complex is very nice, peaceful, spacious and with modern amenities. The staff is very friendly. We enjoyed food truck today at the property. Some pictures of Beautiful night view. A delicious food from ‘ The Blu Shack’, I am glad to get some vegetarian food options!! Thanks to ‘Alexandria Perry’ for being very helpful.

The apartment manager is rude and always keeps her door closed and never makes it a priority to speak to residents. The other staff members tend to be pleasant at times for the most part but when walking into the office it’s very unwelcoming.
