However, I must urge any new home buyers to consider hiring independent inspectors before making any decisions. The real issues began surfacing within a year. For those considering homes with septic systems, I strongly advise reconsideration. Our Jackson Springs Community neighborhood is riddled with septic issues due to poor design. Additionally, the air conditioning installation has been problematic, necessitating multiple service calls within the first year alone.
