True Asset Property Management

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. After paying a deposit, I was unable to view any properties or apply to multiple listings as I was initially led to believe. I was told over the phone that my deposit would be refunded, but despite following up multiple times, I have not received the refund or further communication. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly, but if not, I will consider next steps. I feel scammed!

Stephen B. is amazing to work with. He is very communicative and takes the best care of his clients and always puts their needs as a top priority. He always works hard to get good renters into my dwellings quickly. I highly recommend Stephen with True Asset. THANK YOU!

I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Don’t people tour/ look at homes before renting them? The property management doesn’t own the home. They have always been very responsive to me and my husband. I would recommend them.

Very experienced renter here!!! Read this company's responses to other one-star reviews to see that you, the tenant, are always to blame. Not a single time do they apologize for their part in the review. Notice they haven't replied to my review? Because I hold all the cards and they know it. Anything they say is not in their favor. ISSUE: Still ongoing but I just moved out of a True Ass Etc. property on 4/30/25. I had rented this space for over a year. Read your contract!!! This is how TAPM works. A) they rent dilapidated/dirty/tired homes B) move you into them with expediency C) write in your contract that YOU have to report all the problems within five days D) if you don't do the report they don't exist and therefore you did them (read that part again) E) when you move out blame yo

BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM RENTING FROM THIS COMPANY!! They left me and my family in a awful house with the toilet completely off as I had my children in the home very unsanitary and not safe for my kids for about 2 months and still expected us to pay rent I did not till they were able to fix the issue never did then told us we needed to vacate the premises, they had people remove all our things before time they stole over thousands of dollars worth of personal things and still to this day expect us to pay over 3,000 that we owe supposedly yeah right and after all the things stole from us and which was way over this price and plus not fixing ur rental home leaving it unsanitary so my kids got sick and could have gotten hurt no way!! THERE are BETTER PLACES TO RENT FROM THAN THESE HORRIBLE P
