Troy Davis Homes is the most incompetent, unprofessional, unethical builder you will ever come across! They DO NOT build to code and they got caught by the Municipality of Anchorage while building our home. We have been in our home for over a year and they still have not completed it! They have convicted felons working for them and they lie to your face through the whole process! DO NOT use Troy Davis or buy a Troy Davis Home unless you want the WORST experience of your life!! Do your research! We sure wish we had!!

Complete unprofessionalism. Haven’t seen more shoddy work, and an absurd amount of lying and deceiving. We have had to fight them literally every step of the way. It took them over twice as long to build them they said it would. I can not believe these guys are still allowed to build anything.

The worst. Don't let them build your home. They do not insulate properly and they won't do what they claim to do.

First time ever in this place we was looking for something and did not know what we were looking for but they were very informative on showing us and few items that gave us interest and with the information that we received we are now better able to look for what we are interested in
