Amazing to have as the backbone of a new property. We had a very difficult builder we had to work with for one property and he didnt realize who he was messing with!No one messes with Mat! Mat stuck his ground and got what we needed to done to pass inspections and get compensation for lack of sticking to the agreed fixes which had pushed closing out by severalweeks. We couldn't be more thankful for being able to have such a great relationship with our realtor and have it be a relatively painless experience with Mat being willing to push for things to be done correctly. We had such an AMAZING event with Street John Realty at the Reindeer Farm, in Palmer, AK! We got to hang out with the Grinch, see all the beautiful farm animals and take a 4 wheeler ride for kids.
