Trovita Rio

I have nothing but great things to say about Trovita Rio. The community is beautiful, the amenities are well maintained, and the maintenance team does a fantastic job keeping everything running smoothly. The leasing office staff is responsive, professional, and always willing to help. I would especially like to recognize Gio. He consistently goes above and beyond for residents, handling requests with efficiency, professionalism, and a genuinely positive attitude. Even when the office is busy and often understaffed, Gio remains calm, friendly, and solution-oriented. I frequently see him working long stretches — including weekends and holidays — with little time off. New guest parking policy is a huge inconvenience to residents and their guests. They want to squeeze as much as they can out of their residents. I now have to have my guests park at the FREE garage on mill on weekend nights so they won't have to pay overpriced fees. They say it's to prevent outsiders from parking but there is literally nothing that prevents any random person from parking as long as they pay a fee. They are going to respond to this and say "we hear your concerns, please reach out to us" and not actually do anything about it.

The onsite staff led by Samone were wonderful to me when I needed to do a temporary furnished stay there, last minute, before and into the New Year. They were knowledgeable, kind and professional to me and my service animal. Thanks yall for helping me in a pinch and feel at home!

I’ve lived at Trovita Rio since 2022 and have loved living here! I love the amenities, including the rooftop, pool table, built in storage units the apartment offers, etc. Gio in the leasing office is absolutely amazing! He is super attentive if I ever need anything and is truly just the best!

I have been living at Trovita Rio and recently the management has become very unresponsive. I reported a clear issue with my apartment door multiple times, but I have not received any reply or follow-up. The problem causes daily disturbance, and it is disappointing that basic maintenance requests are being ignored. I hope management improves communication and takes tenant concerns more seriously.
