Place is ok at best but not very good either. Out of the 2 years i lived there, there was always roaches and you don't have a stove, you only have a microwave to cook with. The office doesn't accept any packages, Rent Payments or any mail. What good is having an office if they do nothing? The only way to pay rent here is with Cash or Money Order which is very suspicious. Not ideal at all, and when you mention an online payment to the owner (send the money to their bank or whatever) they refuse and insist on you paying with cash. Maintenance didn't want to fix anything and when they had to fix something, they would blame you for their problems. These people couldn't even fix a toilet that wouldn't flush correctly. The "pest control" they have sucks, they only spray in the bathroom and that'

I stayed in this "resort" back in 2006. Only last 3 months. This is not a resort. This is a place that people with very low income live because there's no more affordable options out there. Back then some of the rooms were privately own by different people. The different owners rent the rooms. The room I was staying and the one next to me was the same owner and one day I received a call from the owner saying he didn't knew about me and that I own him money. Apparently the guy that used to go there to collect the rent money wasn't paying back to the owners. Few weeks after that we moved. But the real fun just started when the city stop the water and electrical in the place and people start sleeping outside etc. Was crazy. After that, the place close and then reopen. We moved here a week ago and I'll be honest. This is Florida we moved here because of the price. We had to put some real elbow grease inside the studio but we live what we did and it feels like home. People here are friendly and you'll see people outside at times but no crowds or huge groups. It's pretty quiet here and no drama for the most part. You do get what you pay for. They had some roach problems but we fumigate as well as the complex so we keep them at bay so far. The girls at the Office are sweet to. There aren't any animals allowed except for service animals.

Overall a good place to live. You will see mixed review because the units are individually owned. Some landlords are better than others. Some units are extremely nice and well maintained, while others are old and in need of renovation.

Place has big sink holes in parking lot that can damage your car. Sinkholes can cause structural damage and instability under buildings, roads. Feared one day a huge sink hole will open up and someone will get sucked down! Place is falling aoart with many safety violations. Nasty management stay away if you are smart.
