My wife and I had a unique situation where we had new construction built, but while the home was still under construction, I started a new job over 4 hours away and we were forced to sell the home. Anthony went above and beyond every step of the way. He worked with the builder to ensure everything completed timely and a smooth transition to the buyer. It was also challenging to obtain the sale price we wanted since the house was just completed, but Anthony consistently held open houses and utilized marketing/social media to foster interest in the house so that we had multiple inquiries around our asking price, and we were able to sell above cost. Tread very carefully with these people if you intend on renting a house through them. Shared the property with rats, encountered regular problems with appliances, screen enclosure had more holes in it than you could imagine and after moving out because of its untenable situation, we lose our security deposit because of how we left the house ! The house was in a far better state than we were given at the start of the tenancy. Be warned, the owner and the son (Mr L and A Nastase) are doing to nothing to help the name of realtors. Lies after lies - now let’s see their response ! I’ll update this review once the legal case against them has been completed.
