Trone Rental Properties

Trone Properties has refurbished a motel into apartments in Gettysburg, PA, opening up a nice place to live with affordable rent. I especially like that all the utilities are included in the rent. The option to have a furnished unit is a nice feature. The staff are professional and friendly. Highly recommend renting from them.

I have been living at this property for about a month and the customer service is outstanding. The apartments are kept clean and very safe. They answer concerns in a timely manner and always ready to take action if needed. I will recommend working with them, they will make sure to take care of what you need.

I have been living at Lynn Court for about one month now. It's a quiet neighborhood and other tenants seem very nice. I've been very impressed by the quick way maintenance has responded to any concerns I have. A flaw in a section of flooring was repaired without hesitation and overall, the maintenance department has acted quickly to assist me with any questions I have. I am especially impressed by how quickly snow has been removed from walkways and parking lots. Being a senior citizen, this is especially important to me. I rarely hear any noises within my building. A pleasant atmosphere. All staff persons at the office have been very polite, courteous and willing to help me in any way. Overall, my first month living here has been enjoyable. Thank you!!

If I could give them a -5 star I would. We requested a showing and applied to a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath apartment for $1695 before the $450 pet deposit (per pet) and $65 a month pet fee (per pet) which is absolutely outrageous, my animals don’t have jobs to pay their way lol. But I was in contact with a nice representative in the office who set up my showing, confirming 4 adults a kid and 2 pets. Ample rooms and space for all of us! First I set up the appointment for 9:30 over the phone with her and as soon as I got off the phone I got a showing appointment for 10:30.. Then we show up for the showing and the lady was nice at first and then we got into the unit and she asks us if it’s going to be 4 adults living here. Then asked if there are any animals or kids living there, she knew absolutely

Trone made finding my new place so easy! I was able to quickly get an appointment to see available properties. From there, the application process was handled very smoothly and I was in my new apartment in no time. Their customer service is excellent. I appreciate Trone!
