Hands down the best rental company I have encountered. Every aspect of this group was super professional and genuine. Very stress free application process and initial viewing of properties. Everything from the maintenance crew, to the property managers and even the landlord of the property, all were amazing. FFPG has managed my property in Hanover for the last two years. Jeff, Josh, Lisa, and team have done a fantastic job. They are prompt, overly communicative, clear, concise, and set reasonable expectations. I don’t have the most polite tenant and they’ve managed to handle the situation without my continuous involvement. Top notch people; top notch service.

I just want to first say that Lisa has been amazing, she is thoughtful and empathetic, and she goes above and beyond... been living here for almost 3 years, love the area and loved my home..didn't really need maintenance, but when I did there wasn't much of a wait..easy portal to pay rent and make request. Would of given 5 stars for Lisa alone... but the fees can be a bit much, especially when nothing is included
