Triple Crown Homes: Sales Office

I am a local Realtor and chose Triple Crown Homes due to their reputation. I was NOT disappointed ! They completed my home early and their sub contractors were efficient and proud to work for Triple Crown. The construction superintendent, Tim, was very responsive to my questions during the build process!

Mr. Campora (aka- Bruce) It was a pleasure to have met you last Friday and I wanted to thank you for your time, answers to all of my questions, and all of the details of Triple Crown Homes. I also wanted to give you an EXTRA BIG THANK YOU for your extra efforts to inform me of possible concerns that may arise when purchasing a vacant lot. Those extra efforts led me back to the lot, that we were purchasing, to look for gopher tortoises and utility access. Needless to say, there were multiple tortoise borrows/nests on the lot. No doubt, your help saved my wife and I $1000’s and we were able to get our deposit back (also $1000’s) with less than 48 hours left on our lot inspection deadline. The seller of the lot did not disclose the tortoises and our real estate agent never brought up poss

AS I previously mentioned this house you built for us 17 years ago is the best one we have lived in since we were married 53 years ago. We had to have the roof replaced last year because the Insurance company insisted, not because it was required. When the roof tiles were stripped all of the plywood was still solid. Did not have to replace any. My neighbors homes who were built by another local contractor had much of the boarding replaced because they used, what I call Chip Board, compressed wood chips, and they were all disintegrating. Ours was all solid. I am still using many of the same subcontractors you used when the house was built for regular maintenance. Just normal maintenance over the years. Thanks Triple Crown.

I am a Realtor working with a couple that needs ADA modifications. Triple Crown is the only company we have found that could meet all of their wishes. The homes are beautiful, well built and customizable to the client's desires and needs. Bruce took the time to show us various plans and taking us to homes as well. Kathleen is very pleasant as well. Everyone we dealt at Triple Crown Homes was exceptional, from our sales lady, Sue Dowie, to Kathleen Plunkett, to Jesse Mallory, the home supervisor. We bought our home from them and would definitely recommend them to anyone. They do quality work for an affordable price. I cannot say enough good things about Sue Dowie. I called her many, many times while we waited for the house to be built. She was always patient, helpful, and kind.
