Terrible maintenance mode in units, broken washer, and dryer roaches and a lot more the rental office Staff shows faded to certain residents to let them park in the parking lot without a parking pass and tell everybody else people parks in the area you’re not supposed to park and don’t get towed, Because our friends with the people in the Rental office They don’t respond to any emergency maintenance orders or any maintenance orders at all be aware before you move here. They’re also is a lot of domestic violence in these buildings fights. The police is here almost every day

This complex had gotten bad over the time , doors being broken . Maintenance never fix anything , it’s dirty , they have a bug problem . Parking is horrible, having parking stickers but only follow the parking rules when they want . A swarm of hornets in the parking lot , that they did nothing about. Stuff in units constantly being broken and they do nothing to fix it .

Nice property but the leasing agent Ms.Washington is very rude she over talks you and never have the correct information! Second the security was cut from there budget the second week living here . Then they give you a parking pass and most of the ppl without one takes all the spots !!! Lastly again MS.washington is RUDE ASFFFFFF and all the stuff lives on property and feel like they are Above the rules !!!
