Instead of addressing anything with facts, you went straight to personal attacks and wild guesses — which only proves my point. If your company really stood on ‘integrity,’ you wouldn’t be scrambling to guess who I am or accusing every critic of being an evicted tenant. That’s not pride — that’s panic. Maybe spend less time writing emotional rants and more time fixing your communication systems, because clearly your voicemail isn’t the only thing not working. Accountability isn’t slander — it’s just what happens when people finally get tired of the BS.”

This is from a slightly different viewpoint. Owner here. Trinity has been managing our property after we upgraded it. We still have a contractor/handyman working on the building who is keeping up with maintenance problems, but Trinity has screened our tenants, collects rent, and generally keeps us in the loop as to what's going on. We've been satisfied enough that we are looking to further invest in the area.

Maintenance is wonderful, especially the guy with long hair. Management is very helpful and friendly.

My wife and I have been renters for some time, and Trinity has been our best experience with a management company by far. Specifically, it has been the demeanor and responsiveness of Jim Bushong, who does everything from handling agreements to making repairs. He has been a friendly presence who is easy to work with and is a genuinely cool human being. Not once in my life did I anticipate that I was going to miss working with a landlord, but here we are. To the negative reviewers, let me say - it's very possible that the trouble you experience is with the owners and not the management company. And perhaps we're lucky in that the owner has not been awful like some of these other stories. Hopefully, those of you who are dealing with difficulties end up in better situations.
