If I could give this property zero stars I would. Let’s start with me being a resident for over 4 years.I moved out on December 28th and returned my keys on January 2nd. I am still being charged for rent as if I currently live there.Previous management was marvelous when it came to maintenance repairs and any questions or concerns.However some time around October I noticed that they had increased my rent.I have reached out for weeks in regard to the issue and it was not addressed.I finally found a new property to move into and a week before I was carjacked in the garage that is attached to the property due to management not having repairs done to the gate.That was a ongoing issue for over a year. AGAIN, All management could do was offer an apology but would not allow me to view the footage

I called to inquire about a 3 bedroom apartment I seen on zillow that was stated as available and a woman rudely replied "don't listen to zillow" and hung up. By her response I can tell what type of vibe and culture management brings to the complex.

Called there to get information on units. The person that answers the phones does not greet with her name. Additionally, she is not very skilled in answering questions. I asked her what were the market units, and she stated that they were all market units. I then said I thought you had restricted units as well. She stated "no we have tax credit units." Comprehension is lacking because the tax credit program is "restricted." Sounds like the element they want to change also works in the office.

Very unprofessional property, went to view a unit a few months ago and was very disappointed. The unit itself was very nice, but when I went to view the apartment the front door was broken packages left in the lobby unattended. The hallway carpets were very nasty and from the sounds of the hall the walls are paper thin.

I just called inquiring about an 2 bedroom and the woman rudely answered I don't have any available and nothing available on the waiting list, then hung up. I'm no longer interested, thanks anyway.
