Trinidad Apartments

DONT MOVE HERE!! There is no onsite manager so if you ever need anything fixed it won't get done. Most apartments have roaches and bedbugs, yes bedbugs! There is no security so alot of randoms hang out in the back parking lots not mention they steel anything insite. Don't move here you'll regret it!!!

Me and my family have been living here for 6 months and our apartment still is missing a lot of things, most important of all there’s no smoke alarms in our apartment. The manager Steve keeps lying to us saying that he will install all those things but he never does, he’s hardly ever home cause he takes off most of the days to do side jobs there for there’s no one to manage the apartments. He’s mostly in a grumpy mood, when I say “hi Steve” he ignores me by looking at me and looking away. A resident told him “you look mad steve” then he replied “I always look mad”, he parks in the fire lane and lets the maintanance park there too then he tells the residents to not park there or they will be towed. When I call his phone he answers with a angry tone, when the owner of the apartments shows up

ANYBODY IN TUSTIN OR ANYBODY FROM ANYWHERE DO NOT COME LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT HERE ITS ONE OF THE MOST AWFUL APARTMENT EVER WITH SOME MANY PROBLEMS WITH THE MAIN PROBLEM IS THE MANAGER AND THE LANDLORD BEING LAZY AND ONLY THREATEN U WITH EVICTION IF U TRY TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT SO PLEASE TAKE MY ADIVICE AND SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME STEVE IS ONE THE MOST USELESS MANAGER

Had to call the city for them to fix issues that we had reported months prior.
