I want to share my frustration with the person who is a title closer at this company. Her name is Gale Geise. She is a very rough person to talk to, and was giving me a hard time during the closing process, rushing me all the time for something that the seller should take care of, not me. When she talks to someone, she seems to be arguing and yelling, not talking like a normal person. I kept telling her to calm down and why she is agitated because of something that I did not do. I would not recommend this person at all. It was a horrible closing day for me, and I could not get to be happy about my purchase. 0 courtesy, 0 customer service, and 0 professionalism.

Completely Unprofessional Experience with Trident Title Company Our experience with Trident Title Company in the sale of 923 Smith Street, Trenton, NJ was nothing short of a nightmare. What should have been a routine closing turned into a drawn-out circus of incompetence, poor communication, and constant delays. The team, specifically Corrin Sanford and their "attorney" Andrij Cichowlas, kept changing the closing date multiple times, leaving my wife and me in a stressful, costly, and uncertain situation. We were forced to adjust plans repeatedly, and every change came with new expenses and frustration. We even gave them a 2 week extension at one point. Their "attorney" Andrij Cichowlas even felt he had to "scold" my real estate agent for asking for paperwork not to mention wouldn't retur
