I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my experience as a resident of  for nearly eight years (Wisper Creeck , Rock Hill SC). The management under Erica Korn was deeply concerning. Specifically, an issue with my ceiling was never addressed despite my repeated requests. When I eventually contacted the City of Rock Hill for an inspection, management's response was to issue a non-renewal letter a month later without providing a reason. This occurred despite my history of eight years of timely rent payments. When I contacted corporate, I was simply informed that the lease allows for non-renewal at the company's discretion. They only get 1 star because you can't post 0 star reviews. And there is no phone number they will give you for some one higher up. They say you have to email them. They ACCIDENTALLY charged me an extra $600 every month and when I figured out the second month that I hadn't misunderstood the prorated fees they refused to even take away the late fee for the current month for the time it took to find out how much I actually owed. AND they use Paylease which apparently doesn't send you a notice that your rent is due until the first day it's late. They sold a property without giving new/future tenants a heads up, and to me that seems unprofessional since you wanna know the company you will be renting from especially one month into your contractional agreement. Now I have no idea how to switch my autopay over and I don’t want to be charged incorrectly especially since the new companies reviews are horrible stating they scam other tenants.
