Tribeca Park Luxury Apartments

I have lived here for going on 8 years now and it is a marvelous building in the best location of Manhattan, Battery Park City!!

It's a great, premium Manhattan location. The property is well maintained with gracious and friendly front desk staff. The little grocery and sandwich store across the street is a charming and very convenient plus. Whole Foods is just around the corner. The World Trade Center, theatres, and many restaurants are within walking distance. The 2-bedroom corner apartment has a very well-designed layout. I particularly like that the inside doors are cleverly situated around bends in the layout so that they are not visible from the main living and dining areas disrupting the open, flowing style. The large picture windows on all sides overlooking the Hudson are beautiful. There is plenty of refreshing air and light. My husband, daughter, Golden Retriever dog and I have lived in a K unit apartment for the past 5 years. The doormen are courteous, welcoming and look out for the security and well-being of all the tenants. The maintenance crew is exceptional. We really respect and care for everyone on staff. The building is so well managed. And the view of the Hudson from our apartment takes my breath away every day. NYC does not better than this.

Love my home here! Both the building staff and management staff are amazing. Any issues (which are very rare) are fixed very quickly and properly. Everything is top notch in this building and I look forward to living here for a long time!!
