Anywhere but here! Everything was fine until they switched property management companies and fired the maintenance crew. My washing machine has not worked for 7 WEEKS! Instead of fixing it in a timely fashion they “replaced” it with a “brand new” washing machine. The machine is FILTHY!!!!!! There’s hair, debris and all types of mess in that machine. The nerve of them to put a filthy disgusting washing machine in my apartment!!!!!!! I turned the machine on and it leaked all over my floor into my 3rd bedroom! They refuse to fix their screw up. You pay all this money and can’t even wash your clothes in the comfort of your home. Maintenance was in my unit and left a mess all over my floors and never cleaned it up. Just disgusting. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. First off, someone in the leasing office has taken two of my packages, opened them, and then taped them back up with masking tape and put them in the lockers like they were just delivered. Adam the property manager lets the maintenance man run the property because he's afraid of the residents. Dale is the only maintenance person that gets anything done and obtains any customer service skills. Residents have said that maintenance have came in and turned off their cameras while in their units. The cleaning company weren't getting paid so they left. The hallways are disgusting, there were poop stains in the hallways for over a week. I have called DPIE 3 times for violations in my unit and they have said there were several. I have been a resident at this property since May 2025, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. While my move-in began with great customer service from the leasing agent, who ensured I had a unit available on my scheduled date, the months that followed have been filled with serious safety, maintenance, and livability concerns. The most critical issue is that my air conditioning has been out since mid-August. Despite submitting multiple maintenance tickets, I have received no written updates, no portable unit as promised, and no thermostat replacement as claimed. My apartment has remained between 78–80°F daily for over a month, making it uncomfortably hot and uninhabitable at times. I even took time off work for a scheduled repair that never happened. Save your money and don’t move here! Right before my 1 year anniversary of living here my present I received was a mouse. My dad helped catch the mouse with traps and got rid of it. I also had my dad attempt to seal the entry points we could find in my unit. The mouse was found 10/2/2025. Today is 11/10 and I’m finally coming off of high alert because of the mouse and I come in my house and see that there are bite marks on my trash bag. Mind you, as I’m taking my trash out one of my neighbors who live by the trash room let me know she’s lived here for 3 years and she’s had NUMEROUS mouse problems. I WISH I WOULD'VE LISTENED TO THE REVIEWS. No air the entire summer. Hot water heater goes out every 3 days, washer was just fixed after 4 months. Kitchen lights finally cut on and was fixed after 4 months. It's horrible and a civil suit is on the way. Months later lawsuit done. Black mold under my sink AND constant flooding. DO NOT BRING YOUR HARD WORKING COINS HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE...SPECIFICALLY THE PROPERTY MANAGER ADAM. THE COMMUNITY IS BROKE PER ADAM THEY HIRE CONTRACTORS AND NEVER PAY THEM NOW THEY'RE HAVING A HARD TIME GETTING PEOPLE TO WORK ON THE PROPERTY. The worst $3200 ever spent.
