Horrible Experience at Towns at Andrew Park I had an extremely frustrating experience during my application process at Towns at Andrew Park. Today, I was assisted by someone named Bre, and her attitude was completely unprofessional. She was dismissive, repeatedly interrupted me, and made the entire interaction uncomfortable. To top it off, the office smelled strongly of weed when Ex-husband entered. When I expressed my concerns, Bre responded with condescending questions. When I asked for her name to address the issue properly, she decided to lie and give me a different name. This lack of transparency and professionalism is beyond disappointing. The Towns perfectly met the needs of our family for the past year and Jordan serves the community flawlessly as a devoted property manager. I found the location to be convenient and the amenities suitable for a family of our size (5 children). I cannot overemphasize the value Jordan brings to the complex -- he is courteous, responds swiftly, and displays undeniable compassion for helping the people under his charge. I don't know if I will be back in Maryland anytime soon, but our experience with Jordan alone is enough for us to reconsider the Towns at Andrews Park if we find ourselves back in the area. He truly is a rare gem.

Overall I the tenants are very rude unprofessional and always complaining about unnecessary things. The rental office and management believe in hear say. They are watching the homes with cameras and videos you will not have privacy in your home. The property manager Yasmine is very unprofessional. Overall they need a new team such as management and the upper people as well like the lady Jessica is Yasmine boss and they stick to there kind as well. It’s only one maintenance man they barely come fix anything or they take their time. They want extra money when you move out as well. They say it curfew around the neighborhood and they will not let kids be kids. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO MOVE IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

I usually don't write reviews because it's hard to impress me. However, I am very impressed and happy with my experience. The staff is extremely professional, friendly, and the home is immaculate. My tour process was quick and professional, and I love how promptly they respond to emails. Communication is excellent; I never felt ignored. The tour was beautiful, with friendly neighbors and a quiet, modern, and clean community. The location is also very convenient. I hope they continue to operate with the same level of professionalism and attentiveness. Property manager Jordan and Ronal were both professional, welcoming, and amazing.

My family and I moved in not too long ago and I want to say that we have received nothing less than exceptional treatment from the property manager Yasmine, as well as the maintenance man Carl. Our home was absolutely beautiful when we moved in. I’m so glad we found this hidden gem! It’s tucked away but easy to get to where we need to go quickly. Plus, having a Wawa in your backyard doesn’t hurt either. But if you’re looking for a new home, you should definitely check this place out, you won’t be disappointed.
