My experience with Triad has clearly been a lot better than what some of these reviews reflect. Don’t believe everything you read. I’ve been renting from them for 5 years now and have had a genuinely positive experience. From the beginning, the application process and communication were straightforward, and once I met the requirements everything went smoothly. Anytime I’ve reached out about a concern, they’ve taken it seriously, investigated it, and handled the situation promptly. Over the years, I’ve noticed real improvements to my property including remodeling updates and being more mindful and selective with the tenants they allow to rent. I rented from them for nearly five years, always paid on time, and even went above and beyond by covering a neighbor’s rent for a month and having my husband cut their grass for over six months when the neighbor was injured — all while we shared the same property management company and owner. Despite being a reliable, long‑term tenant, when it came time to move out, they did everything possible to avoid returning my full security deposit. I rented a unit off of Forest Prk Dr. in Randleman and had a wonderful experience. The grounds were neatly kept and attended and maintenance was spot on any time requested, and the ladies inside the main office were very kind and attentive. I would highly recommend using to anyone in search of a place to stay.

They will nickel and dime you to death, doesn't matter how well you leave the place or after how many years of being a good neighbor (stay to myself, quiet, payments always early). They will find silly things to complain about, meanwhile raising the rent and not fixing big issues like a constantly flooded parking lot. CANNOT recommend, it's like humans don't even work here, pure AI slop.

I read the reviews and I took a leap of faith because I work in management and I know how people can be really petty. My first day of browsing their website I reached out and I called about a property I believe her name is Josefina she was polite and resourceful. I viewed the property and they look nice just like the photos. I received a tour you must meet the requirements in order to see the properties. Most people become upset because they don’t meet the requirements so they leave bad reviews. So far my process has been clear and the communication has been good. I got approved and all those negative comments are people who don’t like their experience. Take the leap of faith.
