The BEST and EASIEST process we have EVER experienced. I’ve already done all the over thinking and worrying for you haha I promise it is WORTHHHHHHH IT. We had put in so many offers on mediocre houses and continued to be disappointed. We decided we were done getting our hearts broken over bidding wars. We met with Tonya at NC Custom Modular and was thrilled to find out they could build our dream house and they over exceeded our expectations and prayers! Crystal, Tonya, and Loretta were amazing throughout the whole process. We have now been living in our dream home since September 2025 and are loving every minute of it. My husband and I have had a wonderful experience! Everyone we have worked with (mostly Loretta and Ricky) have been very attentive, responsive, and courteous. Loretta went above and beyond for us. She took responsiveness and due diligence to another level. She answered all of our questions (there have been many) with not only knowledge but respect. We have lived in our NC Carolina Custom Modular for 2.5 months now and are absolutely in love! Tonya went above and beyond working with us to figure out which model worked the best for our family and our budget. She was available to talk with at almost anytime of the day or week and her amazing communication didn't stop when we signed the contract paperwork either. She continued to give us unparalleled support throughout the construction process and after we moved in. During construction, Jon also provided outstanding communication. Being a civil engineer, I was a fairly difficult home owner to deal with on the construction side because I knew how I wanted/ liked my home site to be and look. This five star review represents two seperate home purchases from NCCM (2022, 2025). My husband and I spoke with every modular company in the Triad area plus a few companies outside of the area/state. NCCM was best in show everytime. From customization, availability, pricing, financing, floor plans and timelines, no one beat what they offered. Our first modular home was purchased because we wanted a very specific piece of land and a new home but we did not want to pay the interest payments nor wait on the new construction delays that occurred after 2020. From start to finish with NCCM we were living on our land and in our new home within 4 months. The second home purchase took a bit longer but it was completely custom.
