The office ladies are responsive and nice. No issues with deposit return. Always very kind. My only issues were with the property itself. The property was definitely struggling but most of that is usually the owner not wanting to pay for upkeep. Probably needs to be renovated or possibly leveled and start over. They were great about keeping the grass cut though! There was a washer dryer but it was in pieces so couldn’t use and you wouldn’t want to because the basement it was in was rotting with mold and water. The units are decent, only downside was floors seemed to be slowly caving towards the center. And the window units were pretty expensive in summer months (over $100 in a 1 bedroom). Triad Investment Realty has an agent named Jennifer Mattocks; Upon meeting her and seeing the apartment I became interested and decided to move forward with the application process. As apart of the Section 8 program I turned in my request for tenancy and followed up consistently to check the status of the application. Everything seemed to be okay but apparently there had been an error of contact info on paperwork. The housing inspector wasn’t able to make contact or pass the unit so I couldnt move in. Agent Jennifer Mattocks nor anyone at Triad Investment Realty never informed me she hadn’t been contacted by the inspector and gave someone else the apartment in a matter of 3 weeks. Trust the reviews!!!! These people are rude, unorganized and "particular" about who they choose to be rational/civil with. I informed them about a mold/Moisture/smell problem that they're been ducking since the day I moved in and when I suggested they reimburse me for the mold damage I was given a 30 notice to move out (not to mention this was around the holiday season). They did nothing to attempt a fix to this problem. When my roommate called to speak to "Ray" (who btw you'll never meet) about the issue, he yelled, talked down to her and didn't care what she had to say. Do not rent from these people, trust me. They are also sue crazy so make sure you get everything in writing.

The rental home we are in currently has an inside temperature of 83 degrees. This rental company REFUSES to do anything about it. It has been this for almost 48 hours with an inside temperature over 80 and outside temperatures reaching 90 this weekend l. I called Saturday morning at 7 A.M. to report the air conditioner as broken/out of order. I got a call back 3 hours later and a voicemail stating that an AC issue is not an emergency. When I tried to call back from the number that left the voicemail I could not- it was an “unknown caller” and thus I could not directly reach their staff member in charge of emergency issues. I called and left a second voicemail and my roommate called with a third attempt. We called asking to have our calls returned and to speak to someone rather in person

They have been extremely fair, patient, and responsible in all of my interactions with them. I can't speak to their other properties, but in mine any issues are dealt with same day and Kim, especially, is efficient and kind. Whoever they contract their property work to do a good job quickly!
