Can I give zero stars? Was told multiple items would be corrected prior to closing. Nope, not one thing done. Now 3 months on we are dealing with the warranty dept with no joy. We have seams showing on upgraded carpet which are now becoming gaps. Jagged tile that cuts feet in master bath and now the grout is coming out. A sagging loft ceiling where we cannot install a fan. Cracked window. Under roof is exposed and not covered. Gaps in stucco and water and dirt coming in kitchen slider. Hosed the dirt off the house to find no stucco so can't even clean the house for fear of more stucco coming off. Light not centered over mirrors. House was presented dirty at closing. Hand prints on walls. Dirt in window runners but I guess that is no surprise when they are not sealed and dirt and water are

The worst builder I have ever dealt with in my real estate career! There is no customer service! For those of you thinking about buying in Waterson or buying from Tripoint period! Rethink your house buying choices! Please look at other builders before you buy. We have missing stucco , missing paint, missing hinges on electrical boxes, wiring is a disaster, the kitchen cabinets are junk and they are all too happy to install broken cabinets. I also have tile they sold us for our kitchen that is not heat rated and is now yellowed. Our house is only a year old. Tripoint shame on you! If you are in the building process with this company do not close until every repair is fixed!

Horrible warranty process. We need to go line by line again because ticket items are being closed without being closed and reopened again. No need for that unless they are padding the time work orders are open which is unethical. Keep the original tickets open so we can track how long theyve actually been open! Also warranty work and things leftover from the new home owner orientation are still not moving. The warranty contact for our home is not communicative, unreliable, doesn’t hold trades accountable, and only calls me back after I call his boss. Customer care hasn’t done anything for me. Also I’m general, I expected more for my money. Floor not level, staircase isn’t even 90degrees…it’s off, leaving a gap by the wall, wiring is standard for the 80s—they only wired for a “smart home” t

What a disappointment!!! We can not believe the POOR Quality construction of this home. We bought a home in Eastmark and after moving in, within the first day noticed so many problems we called the project manager over to address these issue. Issue # 1: the molding base boards scratched, poor quality wood and so many paint over runs, spilled paint on tile etc. Issue #2: Garage and deck concrete pours so poorly done - they don't even know how to fix. Issue #3. Large upgraded option slider door major scratch - needs to be replaced and major cracks in the outside stucco- we were told by the project manager that just happens. We moved from Palm Springs and had several minor earthquakes over a 10 year period only 3 cracks. We have been working with the warranty representative, who is tryi

Just moved in at the meadows. We are very impressed with the exceptional quality of our home, inside and out. An amazing home. We are experienced home buyers and we’ve never seen a more professional sales and construction staff, than at Maracay. Be ready to experience genuine friendship with a concern that you should know everything going on. Weekly updates and home visits during construction. A great culture. Every facet of purchasing the home seemed fine tuned. But most important the home is nearly perfect! (thanks L&D)
