So when you’re walking through a property he can observe it with the eyes of an inspector and can tell you about the quality of the home. He was able to set up a great showing schedule and chauffeured us around. We were shown on and off market homes. Closing was well managed well and stress free. Where to start! Jonathan was incredibly helpful from start to finish. We weren’t in a rush to purchase and Jonathan respected that. He would show us properties as we requested and he would provide his honest recommendation for each house. What was beyond helpful (and still is now) is that Jonathan flips houses regularly so he has a guy for everything and he also knows an answer to every question we throw at him (and we had A LOT of questions). What topped it off was when we found our dream home Jonathan partnered up with our loan officer to win over the listing agent and the seller. We got our offer accepted on the only house we submitted an offer, which is rare in this market. I highly recommend Jonathan!
