Very bad experience by the end of 1 year. West park Brambleton houses all got more suffering than peace with Tripointe. Normal cracks here and there are expected. But most of the houses around the areas had foundation problems, multiple roof leaks, floor leaks, cracks in basement. Tripointe always makes lot of promises before you move in. We will be fixing for 2 3 years not like Van metre blah blah. But as your year ends they will just go deaf. The new customer service representative is rude, unresponsive and very unprofessional. They will not address anything as you come close to your year end. If you have any issue make sure you pressure them to do it before year end. Even if you submit something on 11th month they will never address them citing all sort of reasons. Pay a visit to west p
