We are a Day Care center, We have been a tenant since 2017, It has been the most enjoyable journey with Nellis Corporation. They have been the most reasonable and fair company; they are always there when you need them. The property manager Mr. Tom Mullins has been the most caring property manager among all my other businesses, I will open more Day Care locations as soon as they have available space. I highly recommend Nellis Corporation to do business with.

My property manager and the COO are very approachable and responsive. They've been quick to resolve issues. From initial negotiation through construction and opening, they've been supportive.
