Tri Pointe Homes Design Studio - Arizona

The staff here were great. However, the company struggles with honesty and quality in the final build. 2 broken appliances, several more installed incorrectly. 2 electrical circuits that trip-off regularly under small load. Cracked and leaky sink. Uneven tilework that cut an infant's foot. Punctured, and loose, central vacuum pipe. House was filthy with construction debris and tools on move-in day. HVAC leaking oil. Front yard granite required replenished after less than one year. Leaky irrigation systems. Entire half-acre property covered in construction waste. Little or no support upon warranty requests. That is just some challenges from two homes we purchased from Tri Pointe. Don't repeat my mistakes. File a complaint with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors as soon as they start lying
