Paloma is a very good triponte home manager , she has fixed my issues which were ignored by two previous managers . She is really very helpful and any issues you report on tripointe home portal she does acknowledge and take the issues to closer . Thanks to her .
They still haven't fixed any of my issues that I've had over the past 6 months. Their employee yelled at me and they still haven't apologized for it.
It has been amazing experience with them starting from selecting lot, plan and upgrades. Then the whole building process. And finally closing with them. Every person in each department has been so amazing and made out journey from land to our home memorable.
So sad 😞
