I absolutely love this company. We have been with them since 2014. The whole team is very polite and great to work with. We have rented out our Killeen home through them and recently we needed the interior of the house painted and the carpets replaced. Amanda is an absolute lifesaver and I don't know what I would have done without her. She has helped us though the process of receiving several quotes from companies and answering all our questions, day or night, even on the weekends she is there for us. She is the best!! Thank you Amanda!!

As a former renter with Tricity Property Management I had an amazing experience during the time I spent in one of their beautiful homes. The Tricity staff, Amanda, Ellie, Kelci and Kylie all did a wonderful job with providing me and my family with exceptional and professional services including maintenance requests being routed and completed in a fast and efficient manner, plus they were very understanding when it came to me wanting to vacate my property early. Amanda was very helpful and compassionate by providing me with a detailed report of what my last billing charges would be and ensured that my deposits would cover the majority of the cleaning and repair costs. Plus, Amanda always answered all my questions right away even after hours when their office was closed with very detailed

As a local landlord, I highly recommend tri-city property management. They set clear expectations for how the process of renting out our home would go. They have been great at communicating with me throughout the process. They found qualified tenants in a timely manner. I appreciate the simplicity of their fee structure and feel they offer a great service at a very reasonable commission. 10/10 recommend to military and other landlords in Killeen and Harker Heights.

Ellie has been absolutely amazing with the process of getting my lease signed. I inquired about a home and applied Tuesday evening, did a virtual tour on Wednesday, and signed a lease Thursday morning! Moving from out of state is a terrifying experience, but Ellie and Tri City Management made it smooth and a lot more comfortable. They were extremely diligent, attentive & helpful. Not to mention quick! I look forward to working with them for the duration of my lease!

Very good in explaining expectations. The Tri-City Property team does keep the properties at a very high standard per my observations. I’m under the impression that some folks appreciate that the properties are kept to a higher standard, even if its means costs $$$ might understandably reflect that? This is not a bottom tier rental company. These are apparently nice, well kept homes, often from fellow military veterans, being rented out?
