Corie and Tiffany are amazing! My husband and I walked into their office after a home fell through and we were left homeless. Corie was super nice and felt for us. She called other property companies for us as she only had 1 listing at the time and tried to help us in every way possible. We ended up applying to one of their properties and Tiffany reached out to us and was super helpful and nice and told us what to expect for next steps. If you're looking for a company to rent from, Harker Heights Properties should be the first company to contact. Corie and Tiffany are great and super helpful, answering all my dumb questions and making sure I understood everything with the move in and move out process. Being in the military and moving out to the Killeen area for the first time, pretty much every rental company has less than ideal reviews, including many horror stories of getting screwed over, especially in regards to getting back the full security deposit upon move out. It was so widespread with the companies in this area that I just accepted that I would almost certainly have issues and not get much, if any, of my deposit back.
