We had a great experience with this property management company. They were professional, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. Communication was always clear, and any questions or concerns we had were addressed quickly. They handled everything efficiently and made the entire process stress-free. It’s clear they truly care about both the property and the people involved. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy property management.

I’m only leaving one star because TBM Maintenance has been responsive and seems to care. Beyond that, this has been the worst property management experience I’ve had. As someone who has briefly worked in property management, I know what professional standards look like, and this company falls short. Communication is poor, issues aren’t handled proactively, and it’s often difficult to reach anyone. Most concerning was a carbon monoxide leak that was not treated with urgency. I was told seasonal temperatures caused my gas bill to triple, even though my appliance was unusable for weeks. That response was both dismissive and alarming. I like the house, but the stress of dealing with this company almost isn’t worth it.

TBM did a great job managing our property. All service requests were handled quickly. We had nothing but good interactions with the TBM team!

Renting from TRI Borough Management for over a year was a great experience. The property is well-maintained, and any maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. It is a safe and secure place to live. The stay was fantastic and the location and schools were perfect.

First month of renting had to spend several nights in a hotel because of a gas leak. They refused to help with hotel or rent. Had a leaking toilet that ran the water bill up. Charged 95 because we request the repair. Had an electric outlet hanging out of the wall with no cover. Had to pay another 95. They refused to waive any of the charges. Company only interested in making money. Makes renewing a lease very unlikely. Pretty sad after only 1 month.
