Melonda Gregory is the definition of someone who should not be in property management. She plays favorites—if she doesn’t like you, she won’t work with you. I’ve experienced clear examples of unethical behavior where one resident gets help or flexibility, while others are ignored or denied the same treatment. We’re living in hard times, and as a single mother of five kids, I’ve done everything I can to keep up with my rent. Even when I come up with the full balance, I get no support or options—while others in similar situations get help. This is unfair and unprofessional. I recently leased an apartment at this complex, and I highly recommend moving here! The staff is very friendly and professional. Melonda, the property manager, and Rosa, the assistant manager, were extremely helpful throughout the application process. The location is great, and the property is super clean and quiet at night.

This is the worst company nonprofessional especially Melinda I will be taking further actions. Further actions will be taken. and I was sitting in a residence house they have so many roaches. It’s unbelievable. I’ve never seen somebody house and in five minutes of sitting roaches are everywhere.

The lady with the wig I think her name is Lisa…..she shouldn’t have a job in any customer service based business because she has no customer service experience. We called the office around 12 pm no one answered the phone so we waited an hour in case they were on lunch. We got to the property and saw the “ CLOSED “ sign on the door so I knocked on the window and maintenance came to the door and confirmed with LISA that they would be open at 1:15…….1:25 she finally opened the door with the hottest breath and a stank attitude to match. She didn’t offer us a seat in her office, instead she tried asking us to set an appointment and almost didn’t show us anything. I told her we wouldn’t be making appointment she needs to show us something because no one was answering the phone and nowhere online

Lisa and the front office is very nice and professional can’t wait to call Treymoore at McKinney my home. Updated : Since moving into Treymore in February, I’ve experienced ongoing issues with the property manager. There has been a consistent pattern of unprofessional conduct, including the issuing of multiple lease violations for situations that did not occur on Treymore property. This is outside the scope of her role and appears to be applied unfairly and inconsistently. On July 14, I underwent heart surgery and returned home to find yet another lease violation placed on my door—this, again, for an incident that happened off-property.
