Treybrooke Village

The folks at the office along with maintenance have been so quick and responsive to our questions and concerns when moving in! We just got settled in and our storage closet outside wasn’t locking and once we put in a request, the maintenance man arrived in less than an hour! Everyone has been so kind so far and I believe me and my roomie picked a great place to stay!

So life happened and we had to move from one rental property to another in a short period of time. By divine providence, we landed at Treybrooke Village. We were looking to move closer to our place of worship, be close to shops, dining, and recreation, and still remain close to our family and friends. This location proved to be the one. Clean and safe. But the best part of the experience… Angeleste Bryant, our Leasing Consultant. Angeleste, ‘Leste’ was amazing. She could see we were filled with so much anxiety over our move. She instantly put us at ease with her gentle smile and demeanor. Her positive energy gave … ‘I got you!.. don’t worry’. She step by step took us through the leasing process with Treybrooke. She worked with our hectic schedule because we were in a serious time crunch.

David is GREAT! He cleared out my dryer vent bcus it was taking 4-5 times to get a cycle dry. He adjusted the hose in back of the dryer as well once he cleaned it. He also installed a blind in the secondary bedroom. He’s been awesome around the property, making sure our dumpster is ready for trash day. Thanks David! We appreciate you!

David did a wonderful job cleaning and vacuuming the carpet. He is always very kind and whenever there is an issue with the apartment, he is there to fix the problem for my family member.

I took my mom to tour a one bedrm apt @ Treybrook Village Apts we were greeted with a Beautiful Big smile, lovely Personality and positive energy from Mrs. Angeleste Bryant the leasing agent. She took us to tour two different floor plans which made the choice difficult in a good way but my mom made her choice. When we were applying for her apt we ran into technical difficulties and the whole team: Mrs Angeleste, Mr Taylor the Assistant Mgr and Ms Dee the property jumped in to help assist us through the process. I am grateful for their patience outstanding customer service and dedication to providing outstanding customer service. This team works great together and that speaks volumes.
