The worst property management company I’ve ever used. We worked with the agent Brice and were super disappointed with his lack of care and work ethic. We were charged our renters insurance that he set us up with 3 months past our move out date. We noticed immediately and tried getting in contact with Brice to get his help cancelling it. As we were told he would both set and cancel the insurance for the property he was managing. We were completely ghosted and could get ahold of him. After several calls with the insurance company we were able to cancel it on our end. Going forward I would never use this company if I knew the lack of work ethic they present.

We recently started leasing a property managed by Trestles Property Management and they have been nothing but awesome to work with! Casey and Brice have been super responsive and positive every step of the way. We definitely recommend Casey, Brice, and their team. They know their stuff and on top of that are great people!

I have been a renter for 5 years with Trestles Property Management. They have been wonderful, if I had any issue, they were able to solve it with 24 hours. Sadly, I’m moving out of the area, if I wasn’t I would stay in my place. Brice and Gary are awesome to work with.
