We first met Sydney when she showed up on short notice to show us a property in Orange County. We knew immediately we found the right person to help us find our new home. She was patient with us while showing us numerous neighborhoods that met our needs. She previewed properties for us when we went back home (out of state) and that helped narrow and move along the search. When we found the house, she was great at handling all the details from offer, inspection, escrow and closing. She is a great source for trades as you go through the process. Ok… I just have to say that Sydney Kohler is the best agent we have worked with. We have bought homes in several states at varying price points and we were blown away by her attentiveness and quick response. She is very assertive but not pushy at all and is one of the few that truly wants the best for you and your family. Me and my wife do not like all the paper work and administrative stuff that comes along with buying a home. She stayed on top of this part of the process. When we would slack, she would gently nudge us. We looked at over 20 homes and made the whole process enjoyable.
